Jamaica just got a little bigger. This last Tuesday, October 30th we held our inaugural Gates of Edgehill International Tour in Toronto, Canada. Suffice it to say, it was an astounding success! Every seat was filled, everybody had lots of fun, and most importantly, many homes were sold. The Gates of Edgehill now has the beginnings of a vibrant community, and we couldn’t be happier about it.
The new homes for sale in Jamaica were toured virtually via the many interactive and 3D devices that occupied the event. Guests happily dined on authentic Jamaican cuisine, enjoyed the mirthful regaling of MC Oliver Samuels, and guest speaker Karl Subban. Attendees sipped on rum punch, laughed with their friends, and realized they were falling back in love with their first home.
Some guests found that buying in the Gates of Edgehill was the perfect way to own a vacation home, while others realized this was a great opportunity to own some fantastic real estate on The Rock. Others simply felt a tug on their heartstrings, and the inexorable pull towards the land in which they grew up. It was these guests who decided to put their hard-earned money into a new house and live in a burgeoning community that will help elevate the real estate market for all of Jamaica.
For those Jamaican diasporas living in other parts of the world, worry not. There are two more International Tours taking place this week. The first is in New York City at Antun’s 96-43 Springfield Boulevard, Queens Village, NY 11429 this Wednesday, November 7th. The next is across the pond in London, UK, on Sunday, November 11th at ETC Venues, One Drummond Gate, Pimlico, London SW1V 2QQ.
